Attend a Nutri-Rific food safety program and upon successful completion of the exam receive certification. Our program provides training, exams, and educational materials for foodservice professionals. Students can earn the ServSafe:

Programs are accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI)-Conference for Food Protection (CFP). The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Food Code 2013 is used as a reference for critical food safety content to be tested. The Food Manager exam contains 90 multiple choice question and 75% is passing grade.  The exam requires a Proctor be present and attendance at any of the scheduled classes for the exam portion is necessary. Time allowed is two hours.
