Cancellation, Rescheduling, & Refund Policy
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any classes due to low enrollment (less than five) or other circumstances beyond our control. We will make every effort to place you in another class based on our schedule and convenient to you at no additional cost. By sending in your payment to us you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to the following cancellation and rescheduling policy:
Fees paid for instructional class only will be refundable if you cancel your enrollment in a scheduled class in a form of a written letter via-email to Info@NutriRific.com within 10 business days prior to the start date of the scheduled class. Total Paid – Processing Fess = Refund (ex. 150.21 – 3.00 = 147.21)
If you are enrolled in a scheduled class and do not cancel within the 10 days prior to the class, or fail to appear, you will not receive a refund, although you will have the opportunity to enroll in the next scheduled training and exam.
Individuals that have enrolled in a training class or exam who cancel their enrollment within 10 business days prior to the class will be eligible to participate in our class or exam within six months from the original training class or exam date. No refund for students who do not show up to a scheduled class or exam.
If we cancel or reschedule a class or exam, we’ll notify you via email or contact on file. We’ll make every effort to place you in another class or exam based on your schedule and convenient to you at no additional cost. We may provide a refund for the cost paid for the service (ex. class or exam).
Exam participants can reschedule up to two (2) times before they must repay to take the exam.
All SALES ARE FINAL (i.e. Online, Face-to-Face, Hybrid). RETURNS: All product returns must be made within 30 days from the date of invoice. All returned products must be in unopened original and resalable condition. Custom materials are not returnable. Online products are not refundable (ex. vouchers, courses).
General Liability Policy
We are not responsible or liable for the outcome of any emergency situation arising after training or proctoring exam to any student or examine. You agree the maximum liability to us shall be the price of the training or proctoring fees in case of any issue occurring after training or proctoring.
Your privacy is very important to us. Any information we gathered from you will only be used by our training facility. We do not store any credit card and payment information. The only information stored will be your name, mailing/billing addresses, phone number, and email. Your information will never be sold to outside vendors. Only our partners have access to your information in order to complete your transaction.
The information provided on our website is presented “as is” and we are not held responsible for any mistakes or misprints. This includes any incorrect pricing or product descriptions. We expressly disclaim all warranties, express or implied, or any kind with respect to the website and its use. You agree that our company, officers, employees, and representatives will not be held liable for damages arising from the use of this content and its information.
On-Site Training Policy
We will gladly come to your location to perform an On-Site Training. We ask that you have a minimum of five people. Once you have scheduled an On-Site Training date, we request a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the cost of the training. You can reschedule within 48 hours of the On-Site Training. Please be advised that you can only reschedule your training one time. If the On-Site Training is canceled, you will not receive the deposit back. Discounts are applied to the total number of students attending a specific event and cannot be accumulated over a period of time or event-to-event. Group discounts are given based on the number of students originally accounted for by the client. If fewer students than expected are present for the class, we will not issue a refund for those missing students due to the nature of the discount, we can instead issue a credit for training of those students.
Coupons are applied during the purchase process. Only one coupon can be used per purchase or per customer. Coupons cannot be tallied once the purchase is competed or after the service has been provided.
